This is a 3 day a week program for FULL BODY STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING.
This program incorporates the use of DB's, barbells, and bodyweight work.
It is suitable for any level/strength.
There are video tutorial links for each exercise.
It is designed for 6-8 weeks use.
