Abs- Anytime/Anywhere
This programme has 5 circuits which you can do anytime anywhere with no equipment! You will just need your body and some guts to get through it! Each circuit targets a different aspect of core strength. You can combine circuits, however, doing just one of them is enough for a session. Try do 2 circuits per week and mix them up 😊 Having strong abs will make roof climbing much easier!
